Local Pickup

We are pleased to offer free local pickup in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and arrangements.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Saskatoon for a flat fee.

Delivery Rates

• $10 Local Delivery on orders under $75

• FREE Local Delivery on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes)

Delivery arrangements will be coordinated after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During periods of high order volume, markets, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will contact you directly.

• Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

• Prairie Sky Play Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

returns & exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at prairieskyplayco@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
